High failure rate

 

The triple supply system for switching fluorine circuit is complex, with many moving parts and welding joints. It is easy to have faults in the operation process. Only fault maintenance makes users and dealers extremely big, which is also the main problem that leads to the continuous promotion of triple supply.

 

Uneven heat distribution

 

One of the core problems of the CCHP system is that the heat distribution can not be uniform. For example, if hot water is preferred in design, when hot water needs to be supplemented, the unit will temporarily stop the supply of cold and hot water for air conditioning and floor heating, and then restart the work of air conditioning and floor heating after meeting the hot water demand.

 

This contradiction will be particularly obvious in winter, because users need heating and hot water bath at the same time in winter. The traditional triple supply system needs to increase the unit configuration to achieve the double guarantee of heating and hot water effect.

 

Energy efficiency

 

The advantage of the system is that it can produce hot water free of charge in summer. But the temperature is very high in summer, in this case, the energy efficiency of heat pump hot water will be greatly improved. Relatively speaking, the energy-saving effect is not too obvious, because hot water will not be used continuously.

 

The general operation of the triple supply system is to ensure the bath hot water temperature. In summer, when the bath hot water temperature and indoor temperature do not reach the shutdown temperature, when the domestic hot water heat exchanger is used as the condenser of the air conditioner, when the bath hot water is running above 35 ℃ (because the outdoor temperature (condensation temperature) in summer is higher than the water tank temperature), the refrigeration condition is energy-saving.

 

Generally speaking, bathing hot water should be raised to 45 ℃ or even higher before it stops running. When the temperature is above 35 ℃ ~ 45 ℃, the refrigeration condition is not energy-saving.

 

Heating and hot water cogeneration system
